Franchise Training and Support
We are with you every step of the way!
Sir Grout Training is broken into 3 components:
- Grout & Tile – Approximately 20 hours of comprehensive technical training on grout and tile restoration, sand-less wood floor restoration and slip resistance. You will learn how to use several machines, tools and chemicals to effectively transform ugly tile and grout to like new condition.
- Sales & Operations – Approximately 20 hours of sales and operations training where you learn Sir Grout's proprietary sales methodology, use of our software system and all tools necessary to run a successful franchise.
- Stone Restoration – Approximately 45 hours of intensive stone training. You will experience learning about various different types of stone and how to restore and maintain them.
*Components 1 & 2 will take place at our Estero Florida training facility. Component 3 will take place at our facility in Debary, Florida. Total training days are approximately 11 days.
Online Support, Learning and Support System
This is the back-end of our training and support system for SIR GROUT. We provide phone support 7 days a week for technical and operations questions. We also provide online support where you will be able to access training information, read the latest news and information of our franchise system, download the latest marketing pieces and much more.
Sir Grout Business Center
The Sir Grout Business Center handles your phone calls, sets your appointments, and follows up on your web leads for you to increase your sales. This invaluable tool, along with our online scheduling system will be one of the most powerful tools available to you as a Sir Grout franchise owner.
